Return / Exchange Policy:
My Silhouette understands that at times merchandise may need to be returned or exchanged. So, we have put in place the following guidelines to help in this process.
The company will allow returns but only with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This request must be made within fourteen days from purchase. If the requirement has been met, you may return it for store credit only. This credit will be good toward a new purchase, but after the twelfth month from the credit there will be a dollar deducted for every month starting in the thirteenth month until the balance is used on a purchase or the funds are depleted.
My Silhouette understands that at times some merchandise may need to be exchanged. If an item needs to be exchanged, that request must be made by the fourteenth day of purchase date to receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#). The exchange will be made for the same exact item within the new size that has been requested. If an item is not available, you will be given several choices. One choice you might have is to wait until the item is restocked; another choice is to pick out an item that is similar at the same price or you may choose to have a refund which will be given as a store credit. If the store credit is chosen, please refer to the return policy.
Please note the items that will not be accepted for a return or exchange are as follows:
Items that do not have their tags or packaging, or undergarments that have been worn, including lingerie or any garment that touches the bare skin, or items that have been discontinued from our stock or have been declared limited supply or clearance.
